Better Method Naturopathy
The Story
How can a Naturopath help me?
The Better Method Naturopathy Clinic was built from personal experience on the front line. Clinical Director Georgia spent much of her early 20s battling through night shifts and working in high-stress environments. As the physical and mental demands of shift work accumulated, the options for support felt limited. She knew there had to be a way not just to survive shift work, but to truly thrive within it.
So she left and built one of Australia’s first naturopathy clinics with shift workers at the forefront creating a space designed specifically for the people who spend their lives caring for everyone else.
The Better Method was founded to provide healthcare workers with the support, education, and evidence-informed care they so often miss out on themselves.

A naturopath identifies patterns, interprets results, provides evidence-informed education, and creates personalised strategies that may include nutrition changes, lifestyle interventions, herbal medicine, and supplements where appropriate to help you get to the bottom of your symptoms. We look at your body as an entire system not just a symptom.

Prepare to feel listened to, supported and validated in your journey.

Nervous System Dysregulation
Persistent stress, poor recovery, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, fatigue, sleep disruption, or feeling constantly “wired but tired” can often reflect a dysregulated nervous system.
Circadian Rhythm Dysfunction
Common in shift workers and those with irregular schedules, circadian disruption can affect energy, sleep quality, hormones, mood, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.
Most Common Conditions
I Help With
Adrenal Depletion
Long-term physical and emotional stress can leave you feeling exhausted, depleted, struggling with energy, motivation, recovery, and resilience throughout the day.
Gut Health and Immune Dysfunction
Digestive symptoms, bloating, food sensitivities, recurrent illness, skin concerns, and inflammation can often point toward imbalances involving the gut–immune connection.
