For those who work while the world sleeps.

Our Team

Every naturopath at Better Method is trained by our Clinical Lead, Georgia — in shift work physiology, circadian and HPA axis science, and our clinical framework for frontline health.

It means every practitioner here sees naturopathy through the same lens: clinically rigorous, detail-driven, and always working alongside western medicine, never against it.

What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a system of healthcare that looks at the whole person,  not just the symptom.

It focuses on finding the root cause of what's going on, then supports the body using nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle change, backed by thorough case-taking, pathology and functional testing testing.

What happens when you book in?

We listen: A full case history, medical background, body systems, sleep, diet, movement, lifestyle, and your roster.

We test: Pathology and functional testing, so treatment is based on your data not assumptions.
We prescribe: Evidence-based herbal medicine and practitioner-grade supplements, prescribed for your results and your goals.

We collaborate. We work alongside your GP and specialists, reviewing and adjusting until you get where you want to be.
